• PDFi the newly released Imposition software based on postRIP imposition client and working with PDF. The PDFi imposition software supports a basic preflight feature to check if all the font were embedded, if the image was too low DPI or the color space was not desired…
  After preflight, PDFi creates thumbnails for each pages, then user can impose the pages just like you layout a signature on a light table.
  when the imposition is done, PDFi output a PDF file of whole signature.
  PDFi was designed for traditional prepress workflow as well as digital printing.
• BrainNew display InkZonefrom DIL (Digital Information Ltd., InkZone supports an integrated solution for CIP3/CIP4. InkZone not only transfer the CIP3/CIP4 data from prepress to press, but also support the management and control of the ink key console of almost all brands printing presses.
  InkZone Loop which BrainNew just installed in a customer Chou Chang Printing Company to on-line calibrate the ink keys of two KBA Rapita 105. ?
• Prerelease version postRIP V6.0 will be released Q4 2006, was announced at the show. PostRIP V6.0 supports JDF and multi-document as well as many outstanding features likes Label and packaging imposition features, free binding method for mixed more than 2 books on a plate.
  JDF in postRIP V6.0 will be the working format beside original LAY.
  and postRIP supports JDF file for those digital printing solution like EFI, Blackmagic to handle the proofing layout from 8 up for film/plate to 2-up or 4-up for proofing.
